The aim of this new service is to assist companies with the following:

Assistance on understanding the current legislation (Occupational Health, DOH & NHS PaSA)
Access to free and accurate advice on the various framework requirements
Access to advice on how an OH service should be implemented and managed
Access to specialists in Occupational Health and DOH Legislation

The support service is open to everyone however due to high demand replies may take up to four hours during peak times.

Q: Are Healthier Business UK Ltd part of NHS PaSA?

A: No, we are a large independent Occupational Health supplier who meet the requirements listed in the relevant NHS PaSA Contracts. (NHS PaSA do not endorse any Occupational Health providers)

Q: Why is service free of charge?

A: As we deal with over 130 recruitment agencies, it is in our interest to provide support to the industry given that it has served us so well.

Q: What experience/knowledge does Healthier Business UK Ltd have of the current occupational health and compliance requirements?

A: Healthier Business UK Ltd has provided pre employment screening to agencies for over four years and during this time we have built up an excellent understanding of the legislative requirements. In addition to this all members of our clinical staff are fully trained and qualified in Occupational Health. We also regular attend training courses and events to update our knowledge on pending legislation and legislative requirements.

Q:Our company is tendering for the Non Clinical framework. Would you be able to provide us with support?

A: Healthier Business UK Ltd, are fully up to date with the technical specification & occupational health requirements for the non clinical framework agreement. We have already successfully negotiated terms with over 55 agencies with whom, we are actively working with, to ensure they receive the support required.
